The camp will be held in the closed Badel Rush stadiums on the Boulevard.

The camp also contains two training sessions per week, divided into 3.5 hours each day (one hour for lunch), for a period of 3 weeks, where the child will perform technical exercises, coordination, grammar, mutual understanding, sports values, games, socialization and teamwork.

The Saudi Badel Committee stresses on its official website that it aims to enhance responsibility and education, by inviting children to teach them the rules of this sport, and learn how to be aware of the importance of nutrition and education on the culture of preparing personal tools for training and food. They will also have the opportunity to train directly with the coach of the national team, and to select talents in the padel game to start training with the Saudi national team.

Munira Al-Barrak, Executive Director of the Saudi Padel Committee, confirmed in statements to “Asharq Al-Awsat” that the padel sport is witnessing a great demand, whether through official classification tournaments, or through amateur practitioners in sports centers that have spread rapidly in all regions of the Kingdom. She also stated that the padel sport is considered a social sport and is one of the most enjoyable competitive games as it is played in pairs, which creates an atmosphere of fun and competition.

Al-Barrak explained, via Asharq Al-Awsat, that the next step includes registering 5,000 male and female players in local competitions, and half a million practitioners by 2030, in addition to preparing distinguished athletes to enter the international classification for the list of the top 100 players in the world, noting that the Saudi Al-Badil joined the International Federation in April. (April) last, in an important step in order to host the world championships at the end of this year or the beginning of 2023, according to the statements of the Executive Director of the Committee.
