The Portuguese coach, Josvaldo Ferreira, Zamalek club coach, held a long session with the assistant general coach, Osama Nabih, and Ahmed Abdel Maksoud, the assistant coach, in the presence of the translator, Hosni Khattab, during a training session today, Wednesday, which was held at Abdel Latif Abu Regeila Stadium.
Zamalek is continuing its training in preparation for facing Farco, scheduled for next Friday, at Alexandria Stadium, in the thirty-first round of the Premier League.
The session discussed the preparations for Farco’s upcoming match in the Premier League, in addition to deliberating on some special tactical matters that will be worked on during training with the players.
The technical staff of Zamalek club, led by Portuguese Josevaldo Ferreira, gradually raised the physical rate of the players on the sidelines of the training currently held at Abdellatif Abu Regeila Stadium, in preparation for facing Farco in the Premier League.
The technical staff divided the qualifying session into two paragraphs for approximately 25 minutes, where the first paragraph consisted of stretches and hurdles jumping, and the second was rehabilitation exercises with the ball.
During the qualifying session, the technical staff focused on treating fatigue as well as body flexibility and preparing it as required in preparation for the coming period.
Ferreira was keen to hold a session with Mahmoud Hamdi, “Al Wansh”, on the sidelines of the training session currently being held at Abdel Latif Abu Rjeila Stadium, in preparation for facing Farco in the league.
The Portuguese coach gave the player some technical instructions for his concentration, as well as explaining to him some tactical matters required to be implemented in training in preparation for the upcoming matches.
At the end of the session, the coach assured the player of his full readiness, especially after recovering from the stress he was suffering from during the previous time.
